Obituary for
David Keith Bressette
David Keith Bressette surpassed our dreams. A son, born on June 1st, 1969 brought us smiles until his homegoing on September 7, 2017 at the age of 48. David is the beloved son of Keith and Claudine Bressette. Cherished brother of Denise (Richard) Shepherd and Suzanne (Todd) Bressette-Epprecht. David will be missed by his nephews Christopher (Sheree) and Anthoney and his niece Skye. David is predeceased by his praying Grandparents, David & Eunice Bressette and Earl & Daisy Bressette.
David was always a mischievous boy; with a grin that could light up a room and a strong hip action that could send away anyone he was no longer interested in entertaining. David’s appreciation for music was known by all, including each of his nephews and nieces who he lovingly held as babies. David had a special love for the songs that his mom and sister would sing to him.
David enjoyed a full life in spite of his restrictions, much in thanks to the extra attention and love given to him at his care home in Exeter. His extended family always gave such loving thoughtfulness to his surroundings, the many outings and events he was able to participate in gave him so much joy.
Worshiping at Faith Tabernacle Church and Victorious Faith Fellowship Church were never times to be missed for David as he celebrated his Lord and the life in and around him.
A public visitation will take place on Saturday, September 9th, from 2pm – 4pm and 6pm – 8pm. Both the visitation and a service will take place at Gilpin Funeral Chapel, 123 King Street in Forest.
A Homegoing Celebration reflecting David’s life will take place Sunday, September 10th at 2pm. David’s care home and church families from Centralia and Kettle & Stony Point have been invited to attend this private time of praise and worship.
Donations in David's name are appreciated to the St. Joseph's Hospice in Sarnia or Victorious Faith Fellowship Church.
